Emkarox™ HV 45
Emkarox™ HV 45 is a high viscosity, high performance, water soluble polyalkylene glycol (PAG), suitable for use as a thickener in hydraulic fluids (HFC type), a functional fluid in metal quenching and as a base fluid for synthetic metalworking fluids and chain oils.
We recommend this product is used at the following typical treat rates:
- Chain oils: up to 98%
- Fire resistant hydraulic fluids: 10-20%
- Metalworking fluids: 10-30%
- Water based metal quenching: 10-20%
