​Pluvia™ S 83 is a sorbitan ester chosen for its renewable components as a guar slurry acid.​

Pluvia™ S 83 surfactant allows for quick hydration of guar slurries and increases stability. It is FDA approved for use in indirect food contact applications and is highly effective in a wide range of formulations.​

Pluvia™ S 83 surfactant is also used as an emulsifier, creating stable water/oil emulsions.
