Atmer™ 1010
Atmer™ 1010 is a a bio-based anti-fogging additive for PVC food wrap film
Atmer 1010 additive migrates to the surface of the polymer where it helps to lower the surface tension of the water, causing the water droplets to spread into a continuous layer on the fabricated film.
The utilization of this product in food packaging increases transparency, thereby improving the presentation of food contents.
Guidelines for Use:
Atmer 1010 additive can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 0.5 - 4 %.
