Atmer™ 163
Atmer™ 163 additive is used in olefin polymerization processes to eliminate fouling of the reactor, ensuring consistent production and minimizing shutdowns due to blockages.
This product modifies catalyst activity, resulting in better particle size control, lubricates the product and the reactor walls, and reduces static charge build up.
Additionally, it can be used to decompose alkyl aluminum compounds in waste streams and to neutralize acidic catalyst residues.
Guidelines for Use:
Atmer™ 163 additive can be dosed at any point in the polymerization process post catalyst addition. It can be used in the slurry processes, gas phase reactors or in systems which use a combination. It may also be dosed prior to heat exchangers to reduce fouling in these critical areas. It is also effective when dosed into scrubbers and waste streams to give a controlled neutralization of trialkyl aluminum co-catalysts.
