Atmer™ 7772
Atmer™ 7772 additive is a 50% talc concentrate in polyethylene, providing an anti-block effect. It is also suitable for use as an expanded polyethylene (EPE) foam nucleator.
Using a concentrate gives better dispersion and overcomes complications that can be encountered when using additives in their natural physical forms.
Guidelines for Use:
Atmer™ 7772 additive is incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend. Experience has shown that simple manual mixing prior to processing will normally give an acceptable dispersion though, mechanical means are preferred.
Typical addition levels are 0.1 - 1% in injection molding and sheet extrusion.
