Priamine™ 1073
Priamine™ 1073 dimer diamine is a low viscous, dimer diamine building block designed for use in polyamides, polyurea and epoxy coatings and adhesives. As a curing agent for epoxy or modifier for polyurea it offers reduced brittleness, enhanced moisture protection and good flow.
In thermoplastic polyamide hotmelt adhesives, modification with Priamine 1073 dimer diamine provides formulation freedom in the choice of diacids used. This gives formulators the flexibility to adjust the melting point allowing for higher temperature exposure of the end product without compromise on performance. It also enhances adhesion to low energy substrates.
