Cargill’s VerXan™ xanthan gum is the viscosifier of choice for cleaning applications that require excellent pseudoplastic rheology, suspension ability and emulsion stability under a wide range of pH conditions. Xanthan gum improves the rheology of liquid formulations, stabilizes emulsions and suspends dispersions of abrasives and other insoluble materials. It forms high viscosities at low inclusion levels and works compatibly with a wide variety of acids and salts.
