Reliable anti-static solutions for superior performance
Cargill’s range of Ionphase™ additives are inherently dissipative polymers (IDPs), commonly known as permanent anti-static additives. They reduce the resistivity of polymers, ensuring control and safety for static related issues. Available in various grades for diverse host polymers and applications, Ionphase additives can be integrated during plastic compounding, extrusion or injection molding. These non-migrating additives do not move or migrate through or out of the polymer. Our polymeric static control additives use a co-continuous ion conductive polymer phase, with ions acting as charge carriers to help dissipate the static field.

Ionphase rSTAT2
Ionphase rSTAT2 additive is recommended for extrusion blow molding applications. It is also stabilized against weathering, making it suitable for outdoor applications.
Ionphase fSTAT
Ionphase fSTAT is recommended for general extrusion applications, such as films, liners, bags and thermoformable sheets.
Ionphase U5
Ionphase U5 is designed for colorable, translucent and filled PP injection molding applications. For example, in electronics packaging and automotive applications.
Ionphase PE0108M
Ionphase PE0108M has food contact compliancy according to EU 10/2011 regulations and is suitable for blown film liners and extrusion applications.
