Priacid™ A95​

Priacid™ A95 is a 95% purity 100% bio-based* azelaic acid for high performance polymers. Priacid™ A95 azelaic acid can be used in applications like polyamide, polyamide hotmelt modification, polyesters and polyester coating modification. ​

Some practical applications of the product include improving flexibility in products, helping lower melting point, reducing moisture uptake, abrasion resistance, and better dye receptivity. ​

From applications in automotive manufacturing to helping build better sealants with reduced moisture uptake, Priacid™ A95 azelaic acid has a wide variety of uses.​

Priacid™ A95 azelaic acid is also used as a thickener for greases or as a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor when neutralized with alkanolamines.
