Pripol™ 1040 Trimer Acid is a rich building block additive that offers excellent hydrophobicity and has good compatibility with other low-polarity materials. Pripol™ 1040 Trimer Acid provides enhanced flexibility, even at low temperatures, which allows the product to deform under stress and prevents cracking of the coating.​

Other benefits of Pripol™ 1040 Trimer Acid include excellent sealant/protective properties, high loading of pigments/fillers for cost savings and allows exposure to humid environments. This product can be used with flexible substrates as it prevents cracking and is flexible.
