IncroMax™ 100

IncroMax™ 100 unique additive for PET provides friction reduction, improved processing efficiency, mold release, anti-scratch and easier stretching in biaxial orientation and blow molding..

It can be used to improve product quality and process efficiency in PET film, sheet and injection molding. It is also effective in PBT, PC and PLA.

IncroMax™ 100 additive can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase. It migrates to the surface of the polymer, where it forms a thin lubrication layer. This layer reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.

Guidelines for Use:

IncroMax™ 100 internal additive can be incorporated into resin as supplied or via masterbatch / pre-blend.

Typical addition levels: 0.1 - 0.5%.
